What's the cancellation policy?

A cancellation policy may seem unnecessary, especially when it comes to our many trusted customers.

We at JS Cleaning Service are very flexible, but we have some rules.

​

Respect for our time: Time is valuable, especially in a service-based industry. We schedule our workday around appointments, and if those turn into no-shows or last-minute cancellations, it's more than just frustrating: It's a major waste of time.

​

Avoiding losses: No-shows and cancellations just a few hours in advance mean we likely won't be able to fill those openings for the day, causing us to lose valuable revenue. Our cancellation policy aims to guide and prevent these inconvenient last-minute changes.

Our policies are designed to promote a reliable and consistent experience for our customers.

While we understand that schedules can change quickly, rescheduling or ignoring a reservation on short notice causes us to lose valuable work. Therefore, fees will apply when reservations are canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours (but more than 2 hours) of your reservation start time.

Same day cancellation fee

Cancel or reschedule 12 hrs before booking

Short notice cancellation fee 

Cancel less than 12 hrs before booking

Missed appointment fee

A pro arrives for a scheduled booking, but they're unable to gain entry or get started.

We understand that the notice period for cancellation is reasonable and feasible. However, if someone experiences an unavoidable emergency, we will consider waiving the penalty because we want to maintain a good relationship with our customers.
