Time is valuable, especially in a service-based business. We organize our entire workday around scheduled appointments, and when those turn into no-shows or last-minute cancellations, it’s not just frustrating — it’s a significant waste of time.
Avoiding Losses:
No-shows or cancellations made just a few hours in advance often mean we can’t fill that time slot, resulting in lost revenue. Our cancellation policy is designed to help avoid these last-minute disruptions and keep our operations running smoothly.

While we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, rescheduling or canceling on short notice causes us to lose valuable work. Therefore, a fee will apply to any reservation canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours — but more than 2 hours — before your scheduled start time.

Same-Day Cancellation:
Applies when you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours before your scheduled booking.
Fee: $0.00
Short-Notice Cancellation:
Applies when you cancel less than 12 hours before your scheduled booking.
Fee: Full Booking Cost
Missed Appointment:
Applies when a professional arrives for a scheduled booking but is unable to gain entry or begin the service.
